HR Assistant


 

Duties, Responsibilities and Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management
  • Ensure completion of day to day HR Operations including recruitment, selection, placement, monitoring, timekeeping and maintenance of manpower.
  • Maintaining of administrative reports such 201 files and performing administrative tasks and proper implementation of HR policies.
  • Required skill(s): organizational, coordination with different departments, customer service And relationship management, MS Applications, keen with details, follow through, multi-tasking, clerical
  • Flexible and resilient
  • With atleast 6 months experience in recruitment.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th month salary
  • Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Tanauan, Batangas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred)
